Contact enquiries
When you use the contact form, we store your name, email address, topic, subject, and message so the editorial team can review and respond. Sending a contact enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Email subscriptions
When email signup is available, editorial newsletters and promotional offers use separate consent choices. Neither option is preselected. A confirmation email is required before an address becomes active, and campaign email includes an unsubscribe link.
Email service provider
When the Brevo integration is enabled, the email address, selected subscription preferences, and necessary delivery events are sent to Brevo for confirmation and email delivery. The public contact form continues to store enquiries in Her Heart Edit’s own editorial inbox and does not subscribe the sender to marketing.
Aggregated traffic analytics
When separately configured for this site, Cloudflare provides aggregated website traffic information such as visits, approximate unique networks, country, device and browser categories, referring sites, response status, and likely automated traffic. Her Heart Edit does not store raw IP addresses or full browser identification strings in its own analytics database. Automated traffic classification is approximate because bots can imitate ordinary browsers.
Optional Google Analytics measurement requires both a configured measurement ID and analytics consent. It is disabled in the current site configuration.
Administrator security records
Her Heart Edit records successful, rejected, and blocked administrator sign-in activity, including the attempted account, source IP address, browser identification string, and time. These protected records are visible only to the super admin, are used to prevent unauthorized access, and are kept in a rolling 90-day security log. Older entries are cleared during administrator authentication activity.
First-party promotion measurement
Clearly labelled Her Heart Edit promotions use privacy-minimised, first-party counters. A view is counted only after at least half of a promotion is visible for one second, and a click is counted when the labelled link is followed. We store daily totals by campaign, placement, page, broad device group, and approximate human, automated, or unclassified traffic—not visitor identifiers, raw IP addresses, cookies, or full browser strings. To limit abusive repeated requests, a one-way network hash is used for a ten-minute rate-limit window and is not written to the analytics database.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe through any campaign email. Requests to access, correct, or remove contact information can be sent through the contact page.
